    [摘要] 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)是一种敏感的早期疾病预测指标，在急慢性肾损伤方面作用尤为突出，属于脂质运载蛋白lipocalin家族中的一员，且该指标已逐渐用于临床。NGAL与机体的多种生理病理过程联系紧密，与炎症免疫应答、信号转导、细胞分化及肿瘤的发生发展、胰岛素抵抗等过程密切相关。近年来，国内外研究学者在实验中发现NGAL与子痫前期(PE)、妊娠糖尿病(GDM)、早產等妊娠相关疾病有着密切相关性，考虑其发生发展可能与机体的炎症反应、糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗有关。因此类妊娠疾病对母儿影响较大，该指标的应用将有助于疾病的早发现早治疗，从而改善母婴结局。本文现将中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)在妇产科领域的研究进展作一综述。

    [Abstract] Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) is a sensitive predictor for early disease. As a member of lipocalin family， NGAL plays a prominent role in acute and chronic kidney injury and has been gradually used in clinical practice. NGAL is closely related to a variety of physiological and pathological processes in human body， and is closely related to processes such as inflammatory immune response， signal transduction， cell differentiation， tumorigenesis and progression， and insulin resistance.
