    [摘要] 目的 探討右美托咪定滴鼻复合口服水合氯醛糖浆用于小儿MRI镇静舒适化诊疗的研究价值。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年1月江西省萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的100例患儿，年龄1～9岁，体重8～30 kg? ASA1/2级。随机分为A组和B组，每组各50例。A组口服水合氯醛组，B组给予右美托咪定滴鼻复合口服水合氯醛糖浆。观察两组镇静起效时间、MRI检查时间、检查结束至苏醒时间、苏醒至离院时间、不良反应。结果 B组镇静起效时间早于A组，MRI检查时间短于A组，检查结束至苏醒时间快于A组，苏醒至离院时间早于A组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组不良反应总发生率低于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 右美托咪定滴鼻复合口服水合氯醛糖浆用于小儿MRI镇静舒适化诊疗效果较好，可以改善患儿的相关时间指标，减少不良反应的发生情况。
