    [摘要] 目的 分析急性白血病(AL)患者化疗期间心理状态及其依从性的影响因素及护理对策。 方法 选取2019年6月至2020年6月就诊于南华大学附属第二医院的AL患者100例为研究对象，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估其化疗期间心理状态，通过Morisky量表评价患者的依从性，并进行单因素和多因素分析AL患者化疗期间心理状态及其依从性的影响因素并提供相应的护理对策。 结果 100例患者化疗期间SAS评分为(52.37±3.61)分，Morisky评分为(4.63±0.97)分;单因素分析结果显示，性别、年龄、教育程度、月收入、居住地、工作状况、对白血病认知、化疗次数为AL患者化疗期间心理状态及其依从性的影响因素(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示，年龄、教育程度、对白血病认知、化疗次数是患者化疗期间心理状态及其依从性的独立影响因素。 结论 AL患者化疗期间易产生负面情绪，依从性较差，应为其提供有效的心理干预，疏导不良情绪，帮助患者树立治疗的信心，使患者更好地配合治疗。
