    [摘要] 荨麻疹(urticaria)是临床上较为常见的一种皮肤病，是由于皮肤、黏膜小血管扩张和渗透性增加的一种局限的水肿反应，以皮肤瘙痒和风团为主要表现。幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori，Hp)是革兰阴性、螺旋形、微需氧、对生长条件很苛刻的细菌，常见于胃肠道中，长期感染可引起慢性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡，严重者可导致胃癌。临床上发现Hp感染与荨麻疹之间存在某种关联，但至今仍未解释清楚它们之间到底有什么关系，本文的目的是对Hp感染与荨麻疹之间的联系进行综述，进一步了解它们之间的关系。

    [Abstract] Urticaria is a relatively common clinical skin disease， which is a limited edema reaction due to the dilation and increase of permeability of small blood vessels in the skin and mucous membrane.The main manifestations of urticaria are itching and wind mass. Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is gram-negative， spiral-shaped， micro-aerobic， very demanding bacteria for growth conditions ......
