    [摘要] 目的? 觀察分析在医院抗菌药物合理应用管理中实施药剂师参与处方管理方法的重要意义。 方法 将瑞金市人民医院2018年1—12月未实施药剂师参与处方管理使用抗菌药物治疗的200例患者列为参照组、2019年1—12月实施药剂师参与处方管理使用抗菌药物治疗的200例患者列为试验组，比较两组患者的治疗中抗菌药物给药出现不合理情况、发生不良反应情况以及患者对于抗菌药物治疗的临床满意度情况。 结果 试验组给药不良情况率1.00%低于参照组的给药不良情况率6.50%(P<0.05)，试验组患者的抗菌药物使用满意度为96.50%高于参照组的满意度86.00%(P<0.05);试验组患者的抗菌药物使用不良反应率为1.50%显著低于参照组的不良反应率8.00%(P<0.05)。 结论 在医院抗菌药物使用过程中，药剂师参与处方管理可以显著降低抗生素不合理使用造成的使用不当情况，可以适当提升患者的治疗效果，从而提升患者的满意度情况，值得临床推广。
