    [摘要] 本文主要从病因病机、治则治法、医案举禹等三个方面介绍陈洪宇教授治疗原发性肾病综合征的临证经验。陈洪宇教授提出肾病综合征的病机主要为肺脾肝肾亏虚、风湿扰肾、瘀血阻络;治则治法为从肺脾肝肾论治、祛风除湿、活血化瘀，因大部分肾病综合征患者同时使用激素治疗，陈洪宇教授还注重根据患者服用激素时的体质进行中医辨证，激素足量使用阶段注重养阴，激素撤减阶段注重益气养阴，小激素维持阶段注重温阳。陈洪宇教授通过中西医结合治疗肾病综合征屡获良效，可供广大同道参考。

    [Abstract] This article introduces the Professor Chen Hongyu’s experience of clinical syndrome differentiation in treating primary nephrotic syndrome from three aspects： etiology and pathogenesis， treatment rules and methods， and medical cases. Professor Chen Hongyu proposes that the pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome is mainly deficiency of the lung， spleen， liver and kidney， wind-dampness disturbing the kidney and blood stasis obstructing the collaterals.
