    [摘要] 子宫内膜异位症是一种常见的妇科病，多见于育龄期女性，可引起慢性盆腔疼痛或者痛经、不孕、结节或包块，对年轻女性生活质量造成严重的影响。因其具有侵蚀性、复发性，被称为“良性癌症”。泌尿系统累及比较罕见(1.0%～5.5%)，其主要发生于膀胱(70%～85%)。膀胱子宫内膜异位症的临床症状不典型，起病隐匿，甚至有一部分患者无明显症状，因此容易被误诊，甚至漏诊。2021年滨州医学院附属医院产科收治1例妊娠合并膀胱子宫内膜异位症患者，于剖宫产术中发现，术中误诊为膀胱肿瘤，于剖宫产手术同时行膀胱部分切除术，手术顺利，术后病理诊断为膀胱子宫内膜异位症，现结合国内外文献对该病例进行分析报道，通过该病例报道，为该病以后的诊断及治疗等临床实践提供依据。
