    [摘要] 随着人群饮食、生活习惯的改变，胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal eflux disease，GERD)及其相关并发症的发病率在过去的几十年间不断上升。随着GERD病理生理学研究的深入及治疗用药的更新与发展，在过去十年中，GERD的诊断和治疗方法发生了巨大变化。然而，难治性胃食管反流病(refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease，RGERD)、Barrett食管(Barrett′s esophagus，BE)和食管外表现等问题的治疗仍困扰临床医生，对临床提出了更多更新的挑战，由于该疾病的范围已经演变成包括更具挑战性的表现，所以本文的目的主要是通过对近年来关于GERD的西医治疗、中医治疗、中西医结合治疗的新进展及有关文献进行归纳总结，以期全面深入地认识GERD的临床治疗，提高GERD、尤其是RGERD的临床疗效。
