    [摘要] 目的 观察综合康复融合智慧养老在基层医养结合中的疗效。方法 将2017年10月至2018年9月入住嘉兴市王店人民医院老年病科的老年患者50例，为观察组，给予综合康复和智慧养老，对照组为同期居家养老的老人50例。观察两组老人1年后的血红蛋白、白蛋白、BODE评分、ADL评分，生活满意度评分、每月支出费用、慢性疾病发作次数。结果 观察组血红蛋白、白蛋白、ADL评分、生活满意度评分，明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组BODE评分、每月支出费用、慢性疾病发作次数明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复融合智慧养老在基层医养结合中疗效优于常规居家养老。
