    [摘要] 目的 探討“器官系统为中心”混合式教学用于骨运动系统的效果。 方法 研究对象为某医学院校2019年7月至2020年7月骨科专业2个班级，每班60名，按照教学模式的不同实施分组，骨运动系统应用“器官系统为中心”混合式教学(观察组)与常规教学模式(对照组)。记录两组考核成绩，评估学生学习态度，问卷调查学生的满意度。 结果 观察组学生理论考核与形成性技能考核各项指标评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中学生学习主动性、自主学习能力等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组学生对教学模式各项满意度评估观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 “器官系统为中心”混合式教学用于骨运动系统，在提高学生理论成绩及技能水平方面作用显著，学生对教学模式满意度高，且学习态度得到改善，值得推广。
