    [摘要] 睾丸旁恶性间皮瘤是一种起源于间皮细胞的罕见的高度侵袭性泌尿生殖恶性肿瘤，目前报道该病的病例数较少，无特异性临床表现，早期术前诊断相对较困难。本文报告1例睾丸旁恶性间皮瘤的病例。患者于2021年4月21日入住长沙市中心医院，行右侧睾丸附睾根治性切除术，已随访3月，未发现复发及转移，现仍在密切随访中。本文结合相关文献对其致病因素、临床表现及诊断、治疗预后进行相关总结。

    [Abstract] Paradidymal malignant mesothelioma is a highly invasive urogenital malignant tumor originating from mesenchymal cells. Currently， there are only a few cases of this disease reported， with no specific clinical manifestations， and early preoperative diagnosis is relatively difficult. This essay reports a case of paradidymal malignant mesothelioma. The patient was admitted to our hospital on April 21， 2021， and underwent radical right testicular epididymal resection. The follow-up was conducted for 3 months， and no recurrence or metastasis was found. The patient is still being closely followed up.
