    [摘要] 目的 观察艾盐包热熨足阳明胃经下合穴减轻溃疡性结肠炎腹泻的疗效，为临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供一种安全有效的护理。方法 选取浙江省中医院2018年8月～2019年8月100例脾胃虚弱型溃疡性结肠炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组仅釆用口服美沙拉秦缓释颗粒治疗及常规护理，治疗组在对照组基础上，采用艾盐包热熨穴位护理，1个月后评价治疗后腹泻次数及性状变化情况。 结果? 治疗后，观察组总有效率达到92.00%，对照组总有效率为80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理满意度为92.00%，高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论 艾盐包热熨足阳明胃经下合穴能减轻溃疡性结肠炎腹泻症状，提高患者生活质量，具有一定的推广价值。
