    [摘要] 目的 探讨番泻叶泡剂应用于鼻内镜术后换药对疼痛、出血及Lund-Kennedy评分的影响。 方法 选取2019年5月至2020年5月福建省三明市中西医结合醫院耳鼻咽喉科收治的慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术患者90例，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各45例。观察组以番泻叶泡剂换药，对照组以西药换药。采用视觉模拟评分法计算疼痛评分，用棉片数量计算出血量，使用Lund-Kennedy评分系统进行客观评估。结果 在α=0.05的检验水平，两组换药后疼痛、出血及Lund-Kennedy评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 番泻叶泡剂用于鼻内镜术后换药，既可达到与应用西药相同的效果，又可避免西药的副作用，值得进一步研究。
