    [摘要] 目的 探讨高中女生的月经异常情况及其相关影响因素，为制订有针对性的干预措施与开展更好的高中女生生殖健康服务提供依据。方法? 选择2019—2020年在浙江省立同德医院妇科就诊的818例15～19岁高中女生，回顾性分析其临床基本资料及月经情况，对调查数据采用卡方检验、多元logistic回归模型进行统计分析。结果? 818例高中女生中，月经异常率为66.14%。单因素分析结果显示，年级、紧张焦虑压力大、体质量指数异常与高中女生月经异常的发生具有相关性(χ2分别为12.849、11.082、7.720，P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示，紧张焦虑压力大、体质量指数异常是高中女生月经异常的独立危险因素。结论? 高中女生月经异常率高，加强心理疏导及体重管理，可以减少月经异常的发生，形成“家-校-医”闭合路径，可改善高中女生生殖及心理健康。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the menstrual abnormalities of high school girls and related influencing factors， and provide a basis for formulating targeted intervention measures and better carrying out reproductive health services for high school girls. Methods A total of 818 high school girls aged 15-19 years old who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from 2019 to 2020 were selected.
