以学生为主体的任务驱动复合式护理临床见习效果研究

    [摘要] 目的 研究以学生为主体的任务驱动复合式护理临床见习效果。方法? 选取许昌学院医学院2019级高职高专护理专业118名护生随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组护生58名,试验组护生60名,对照组采用传统临床见习方法,试验组采用以学生为主体的任务驱动复合式护理临床见习方法,进行护理临床见习效果比较和综合评价分析。结果? 试验组护生核心能力总分[(160.70±25.77)分]和对照组护生核心能力总分[(145.41±24.90)分]比较,与两组护生见习报告成绩[试验组(87.35±4.77)分、对照组(83.95±6.22)分]比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论? 以学生为主体的任务驱动复合式护理临床见习效果佳,有利于提高护生核心能力和见习成绩,护生见习满意度高。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of student-oriented task-driven compound nursing clinical probation. Methods A total of 118 nursing students of 2019 higher vocational nursing major from School of Medicine Xuchang University were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group. The control group (n=58) adopted the traditional clinical probation method. The experimental group (n=60) adopted the student-oriented task-driven compound nursing clinical probation. The comparison and comprehensive evaluation analysis of the nursing clinical probation effect were carried out. Results There was a difference in the total score of nursing students′ core ability between the experimental group ([160.70±25.77]points) and the control group ([145.41±24.90]points) (P<0.01). There was a significant difference in nursing student probation report scores in the experimental group ([87.35±4.77]points) and the control group ([83.95±6.22]points) (P<0.01).
