    [摘要] 目的 探討Carisolv微创技术在乳牙龋齿治疗中的临床应用。 方法 纳入2020年7～12月期间在烟台鲁东医院就诊的96例乳牙龋齿。按照就诊顺序及家长意愿分为研究组与对照组，研究组(Carisolv微创去龋)48颗乳牙龋齿，对照组(涡轮机去龋)48颗乳牙龋齿，比较两组患儿治疗时的疼痛情况及充填半年后并发症的发生情况。 结果 研究组疼痛发生率为18.75%，明显低于对照组的62.50%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 Carisolv微创技术治疗能显著减轻患儿的疼痛和不适感，提高患儿就诊的舒适度和满意度，并发症发生率也较低，更能被患儿和家长接受，临床上值得广泛推广。
