    [摘要] 早泄是男科门诊中的多发病、常见病，属于男性性功能障碍和射精功能障碍的范畴，发病率逐年升高，呈现年轻化趋势，对男性身心健康及家庭生活产生一定影响，人们对早泄的相关研究逐渐重视。目前医学界对于早泄的治疗方法复杂多样，缺乏规范的治疗共识，急需加强深入研究。中医在治疗早泄方面有着悠久的历史，庄田畋教授根据多年临床治疗实践形成独特的中医辨证思维，在脏腑辨证论治的基础上结合相关微观病因病机完善相应治疗方法，遣方用药时灵活运用，酌情加减。从心肝肾、气血及寒热等多角度辨证论治，配合心理治疗和饮食调节，充分發挥了中医药的特点和优势，在早泄的治疗上取得良好成效。
