    [摘要] 目的 探究影響高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤消融率的影响因素。方法? 采用回顾性分析的研究方法，选取2019年10月～2021年5月在湖北省十堰市太和医院妇科HIFU治疗中心因子宫肌瘤行高强度聚焦超声消融治疗的229例患者为研究对象，计算治疗消融率，依据患者高强度聚焦超声治疗后的消融效果分为不满意消融(消融率<70%)组(A组)和满意消融(消融率≥70%)组(B组)，不满意消融组患者96例、满意消融组患者133例，比较两组患者的术后资料，分析影响子宫肌瘤消融率的相关因素。结果? 单因素分析显示，子宫肌瘤的类型、术中有无团块出现差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)，年龄、体重情况、子宫体位置、有无手术瘢痕、治疗强度等因素差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);多因素Logistics回归分析显示，子宫肌瘤类型与术中是否出现团块对患者子宫肌瘤消融率有影响(均P<0.05)，高强度聚焦超声术前年龄、BMI情况、子宫体位置、术前有无手术瘢痕、治疗强度与子宫肌瘤消融率无影响(均P>0.05)。结论? 子宫肌瘤的类型、高强度聚焦超声治疗术中有无团块出现会对子宫肌瘤消融率产生影响，一定程度上可能提高消融率，进而提高高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。
