    [摘要] 目的 分析微生物检验在感染性疾病患者预防和诊断治疗中的临床价值。 方法 选取2020年1～12月江西省新余市人民医院收治的192例感染性疾病患者，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组不进行微生物检验，观察组患者均接受微生物检验，比对患者治疗前后感染状况。 结果 与对照组比较，治疗后观察组患者的轻度感染率[59.38%(57/96)]明显升高，中度[36.46%(35/96)]、重度感染率[4.16%(4/96)]明显降低(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为98.96%，高于对照组的92.70%(P<0.05)。 结论 对于感染性疾病诊断，临床医师需要结合微生物检验结果，对患者采取针对性的治疗，将抗生素引入其中，有效降低患者感染的程度，对疾病进行积极的预防。
