    [摘要] 痔病是临床最为常见的肛肠病之一，自古有“十人九痔”之说。痔的发病率随着人们饮食及生活习惯的改变，呈逐年上涨的趋势。虽痔不至于危及生命，但却严重影响人们的正常生活。一般来说，女性痔病患者远多于男性，怀孕妊娠极大地增加了女性患痔的风险。痔病的发生，多与地理环境、工作性质、生活、饮食等有关。根据患者发病的部位，可以具体分为内痔、外痔和混合痔。不同类型的痔有着不同的症状及不同的治疗方案，现代临床治疗此病主要以消除基本症状为主要目的。在临床应用中有非手术疗法与手术疗法。其中手术疗法是目前治疗Ⅲ度以上混合痔的最佳选择。本文将对近年来混合痔的各种手术方式予以综述。
