    [摘要] 目的 本研究旨在比較食管癌根治术后早期肠内营养(EEN)和肠外营养(PN)对术后吻合口漏发生率及术后恢复的影响。方法? 纳入2016年7月～2020年7月在湖州师范学院附属第一医院行手术治疗的食管癌患者79例。根据营养支持方式分为早期肠内营养组(EEN组，n=39)和肠外营养组(PN组，n=40)。回顾性比较首次排便时间、术后输注白蛋白情况、住院时间、吻合口漏等并发症发生率、首次住院费用、围手术期病死率、营养支持相关并发症等。结果? 与PN组比较，EEN组住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05)，首次住院费用明显降低(P<0.05)，首次排便时间显著提前(P<0.05)。EEN组输注白蛋白剂量显著少于PN组(P<0.05)。EEN组术后吻合口漏发生率明显低于PN组(P<0.05)。EEN组术后高血糖发生率明显低于PN组(P<0.05)。结论? 食管癌根治术后48 h内早期开始EEN对减少术后吻合口漏发生率、促进早期恢复具有安全、经济的优势。
