    [摘要] 目的 探討基于全险种的医疗风险分担机制下妇科盆底肌损伤康复治疗的效果。方法? 对2018年2月～2020年2月浙江省金华市人民医院收治的盆底肌损伤患者82例进行研究，采用随机数字表法将患者分为基础组(盆底治疗仪治疗，41例)和联合组(升阳举陷汤联合盆底治疗仪治疗，41例)，比较两组患者治疗前后阴道收缩压力、阴道静息压力、阴道持续收缩时间及疗效、尿失禁发生情况。结果? 治疗前，两组的阴道收缩压力、阴道静息压力、阴道持续收缩时间无明显差异(均P>0.05);治疗3个月，相对治疗前，两组的阴道收缩压力、阴道静息压力、阴道持续收缩时间均提高，但联合组提高程度更显著(均P<0.05)。联合组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于基础组(97.56% vs. 85.37%，P<0.05)。治疗前，两组患者的尿失禁发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月，相对治疗前，两组的尿失禁发生率均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗3个月，联合组的尿失禁发生率显著低于基础组[9.76% vs. 31.71%，P<0.05]。结论 在基于全险种的医疗风险分担机制下，采用升阳举陷汤联合盆底治疗仪治疗妇科盆底肌损伤，可协助改善盆底肌功能，降低尿失禁发生率，具有显著临床疗效，病人在获得更好的治疗效果的同时，医院所要承担的医疗风险将会大幅降低。
