    [摘要] 目的 探究火龙罐综合灸对寒湿痹阻型腰腿痛患者的临床疗效。方法? 选取2019年6月～2020年10月浙江省中医院收治的符合寒湿痹阻型腰腿痛的患者60例，随机分为对照组、观察组，每组各30例，对照组进行常规治疗与口服非甾体类消炎止痛药，观察组在对照组的基础上加火龙罐综合灸治疗，隔日1次，2周为1个疗程，每次治疗前、后分别对两组患者的NRS进行评估并比较，治疗前及治疗后1、2周对两组患者JOA进行评估并比较。结果? 干预期间两组患者NRS和JOA评分均较干预前升高，但观察组NRS及JOA均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论? 火龙罐综合灸对寒湿痹阻型腰腿痛患者的疗效显著，能有效缓解疼痛及改善功能障碍。
