    [摘要]?目前我国县域医共体建设已取得初步成效，但仍处于初步建设阶段，面临着诸多问题。本文运用ROCCIPI技术从规则、机会、能力、交流、利益、过程和意识7个核心维度识别和分析县域医共体建设过程中存在的问题与不足，并提出合理建议。
