    [摘要]?為贯彻落实党中央关于“健康中国建设”的重要指示精神，响应“健康城市建设”的号召，本文针对深沪两地居民健康政策的数量、内容和所设指标体系进行比较分析。分析发现：两地发布的管理办法类政策数量相近，但战略规划类政策数量不一；两地健康政策均分为7类，但侧重领域有区别；两地政策所涉举措大部分相同，但仍有各自特色；两地所设健康城市指标体系一级指标相同，但二级指标有明显区别。基于以上分析结果，对深圳市居民健康政策提出两点建议：一是深圳市应多重视居民心理健康，完善心理健康服务机制；二是参考健康上海建设部分评价指标，完善深圳健康城市评价指标体系。
