    [摘要]?目的?探討IgA肾病患者不同中医证型颈动脉脉搏波的差异。方法?选取2019年7月至2022年4月于浙江中医药大学附属杭州市中医院就诊的IgA肾病患者160例及同期健康体检者50例为研究对象，测定其颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media?thickness，IMT)、收缩期开始时脉搏波传导速度(beginning?of?the?systole-pulse?wave?velocity，BS-PWV)、收缩期结束时脉搏波传导速度(end?of?the?systole-pulse?wave?velocity，ES-PWV)及实验室相关生化指标，比较各组间的差异。结果?IgA肾病患者的中医证候以肾虚证最常见；各组研究对象的年龄、体质量、体质量指数(body?mass?index，BMI)、吸烟、收缩压、舒张压、血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸、估算肾小球滤过率(estimated?glomerular?filtration?rate，eGFR)比较，差异均有统计学意义(P[Abstract]?Objective?To?investigate?the?difference?of?carotid?pulse?wave?among?different?TCM?syndrome?types?in?IgA?nephropathy?patients.?Methods?A?total?of?160?patients?with?IgA?nephropathy?who?received?treatment?in?Hangzhou?Hospital?of?Traditional?Chinese?Medicine?Affiliated?to?Zhejiang?Chinese?Medical?University?from?July?2019?to?April?2022?and?50?healthy?subjects?who?underwent?physical?examination?during?the?same?period?were?selected?as?the?study?objects.?Intima-media?thickness?(IMT) ......
