    [摘要]?目的?探讨益气养阴解毒汤加味辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic?nephropathy，DN)气阴两虚夹瘀证的疗效。方法?选取2019年1月至2022年1月于乐清市第二人民医院就诊的早期DN患者80例，根据随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。两组患者均依据指南给予常规干预措施，对照组患者口服坎地沙坦酯片，治疗组患者在对照组基础上服用益气养阴解毒汤加味；两组患者均治疗12周。比较两组患者的血糖相关指标、肾功能、气阴两虚夹瘀证单项指标评分、临床疗效及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor?necrosis?factor-α，TNF-α)與白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6，IL-6)水平。结果?治疗后，两组患者的空腹血糖(fasting?blood?glucose，FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h?postprandial?blood?glucose，2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated?hemoglobin，HbA1c)、24h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白/肌酐比、血尿素氮、血肌酐、气阴两虚夹瘀证各项指标评分及血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均显著低于本组治疗前(P[Abstract]?Objective?To?investigate?the?effect?of?auxiliary?treatment?of?Yiqi?Yangyin?Jiedu?decoction?on?early?diabetic?nephropathy?(DN)?with?syndrome?of?deficiency?of?both?qi?and?yin?combined?with?stasis.?Methods?Eighty?patients?with?early?DN?admitted?to?the?Second?Peoples?Hospital?of?Yueqing?from?January?2019?to?January?2022?were?selected?and?divided?into?treatment?group?and?control?group?according?to?random?number?table?method ......
