    [摘要]?目的?探究超聲造影及剪切波弹性成像与乳腺癌生物学预后因子核增殖相关抗原(nuclear-associated?antigen?67，Ki-67)、人类表皮生长因子受体2(human?epidermal?growth?factor?receptor?2，HER2)、雌激素受体(estrogen?receptor，ER)相关性。方法?回顾性分析2019年6月至2021年6月义乌復元第一医院收治的60例乳腺癌患者作为观察组，选取同期接受超声检查的健康者56例作为对照组，两组均进行超声检查，采用受试者操作特征(receiver?operator?characteristic，ROC)曲线分析峰值强度(peak?intensity，Peak)、造影剂平均通过时间(mean?transit?time，MTT)、肿块弹性最小值(minimum?elasticity?value，Emin)、弹性平均值(average?elasticity?value，Emean)、弹性最大值(maximum?elasticity?value，Emax)预测诊断效能。同时对观察组进行ER、HER2、Ki-67检测，采用Spearman相关性分析对生物学预后因子与超声定量参数相关性进行检验。结果?观察组的Emean显著低于对照组(P[Abstract]?Objective?To?explore?the?relationship?between?contrast-enhanced?ultrasound?and?shear?wave?elastography?and?breast?cancer?biological?prognostic?factors?nuclear?proliferation-related?antigen?(Ki-67)，?human?epidermal?growth?factor?receptor?2?(HER2)，?estrogen?receptor?(ER).?Methods?A?retrospective?analysis?of?60?breast?cancer?patients?admitted?to?Yiwu?Fuyuan?First?Hospital?from?June?2019?to?June?2021?was?performed?as?the?observation?group，?and?56?healthy?individuals?who?underwent?ultrasound?examination?during?the?same?period?were?selected?as?the?control?group ......
