[摘要] 目的 探索高频超声联合皮肤镜在皮肤恶性肿瘤术前评估中的临床价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月金华市中心医院诊治的疑似皮肤恶性肿瘤患者323例。分析比较高频超声、皮肤镜及二者联合检查对皮肤恶性肿瘤术前诊断的临床价值。结果 共纳入323例疑似皮肤恶性肿瘤患者，皮肤病理确诊皮肤恶性肿瘤患者223例，皮损共234处；皮肤良性肿瘤患者100例。皮肤镜检出阳性皮损141处，高频超声检出阳性皮损195处，皮肤镜和高频超声联合检出阳性皮损213处；高频超声联合皮肤镜诊断皮肤恶性肿瘤的敏感度、特异性、准确度分别为87.6%、92.0%、88.9%，均高于单一高频超声和单一皮肤镜检查。皮肤镜联合高频超声的诊断结果和病理结果与一致性较好(kappa=0.75)。结论 皮肤镜和高频超声是方便、无创、灵敏的探测皮肤的影像手段，它们可平衡分辨率和探测深度，揭示肿瘤的形态学信息，预测肿瘤的复发风险。
