[摘要] 目的 分析健康人群不同牙周表型受试者上前牙冠根比的特点。方法 选取100名牙周健康的青年志愿者，女53名，男47名，共计纳入594颗上前牙。运用牙周探针法判断不同牙位的牙周表型，中切牙厚龈型108颗，薄龈型90颗；侧切牙厚龈型95颗，薄龈型103颗，尖牙厚龈型98颗，薄龈型100颗。拍摄全景片，计算上前牙牙冠与牙根长度与冠根比，分析两组差异。结果 中切牙与侧切牙薄龈型上前牙冠根比大于厚龈型，牙根长度小于厚龈型，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。上前牙角化龈宽度薄龈型者小于厚龈型，差异有统计学意义(P lt; 0.05)。结论 在上前牙区域，相比较于厚龈型，薄龈型中切牙与侧切牙的冠根比更高，其角化龈宽度也较窄。因此在进行前牙区修复体的设计及正畸治疗前牙移动时，应对考虑潜在风险。
