    摘 要：食品安全监管执法是保障食品安全、维护人们饮食安全和身体健康的重要屏障。长期以来，我国对食品安全问题都非常重视，为了加强食品安全监管、提高监管效率，国家不断修改完善相关法律体系，优化改革机构设置。然而，食品安全监管执法在实践中仍面临着不少问题。因此，还需要加强对食品安全监管执法的改进和优化，以提升食品安全监管执法的效率，为人们的健康饮食保驾护航。本文对食品安全监管的执法难点进行了分析，提出了破解食品安全监管执法难题的对策措施，以期为进一步提高食品安全监管工作水平提供助力。

    Abstract： Food safety supervision and law enforcement are important barriers to ensure food safety， maintain people’s dietary safety and physical health.
