Application Analysis of Biosensing Technology in Food Pesticide Residue Detection

Abstract: Food safety is a core issue of public health, and the detection of pesticide residues is crucial. Traditional detection methods have limitations in scope, insufficient sensitivity, and cumbersome operation processes. Biosensors, with their high sensitivity, specificity, recognition, and portability, enable rapid screening, on-site detection, and simultaneous detection of pesticide residues in food, particularly demonstrating significant advantages in accurate detection of low concentration residues.
