摘 要：胶体金免疫层析技术是一种基于抗原抗体特异性反应的快速检测方法，因其高效、便捷、低成本等特点，在农产品安全监管中得到了广泛应用。本文详细阐述胶体金免疫层析技术的原理、特点及其在农产品农药残留、兽药残留、生物毒素检测等方面的具体应用，分析其技术优势与局限性，并提出未来技术优化和推广应用的策略。该技术能够有效提升农产品安全监管效率，为保障农产品质量安全提供重要的技术支持。

    Abstract： Colloidal gold immunochromatography is a rapid detection method based on the specific reaction of antigen and antibody. Because of its high efficiency， convenience and low cost， it has been widely used in the safety supervision of agricultural products. In this paper， the principle， characteristics and application of colloidal gold immunochromatography in the detection of pesticide residues， veterinary drug residues and biotoxins in agricultural products are described in detail， the advantages and limitations of the technology are analyzed， and the strategies for the optimization and promotion of the future technology are proposed. This technology can effectively improve the efficiency of agricultural product safety supervision and provide important technical support for ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.
