臭氧联合中压紫外线杀菌在包装饮用水中的应用

摘 要:通过臭氧联合中压紫外线杀菌的方法,探索有效的杀菌条件,为包装饮用水行业提供技术参考,提高产品质量,保障人们的饮水健康。本文阐述了目前在饮用水生产过程中广泛使用的消毒杀菌方法,臭氧杀菌和紫外线杀菌,分析两种杀菌方式的优缺点,设计一种臭氧联合中压紫外线杀菌的装置,通过试验验证其是否能够有效控制微生物,降低溴酸盐的含量。结果发现,中压紫外线有明显的杀菌效果,将中压紫外线和臭氧联合杀菌与单一臭氧杀菌进行比较,联合杀菌技术使用臭氧浓度为0.05 mg·mL-1时杀菌效果优于单一臭氧杀菌效果,且溴酸盐含量符合国家标准要求。联合杀菌能在保证消毒副产物溴酸盐不超标的情况下做到完全灭菌,更好地平衡微生物控制与消毒副产物之间的关系。
