〔摘要〕 抵当汤是《伤寒论》治疗阳明蓄血证的专方，后世医家对仲景原文里“抵当”的方名含义和关于描述神志异常的“喜忘”理解多有分歧，但其破血逐瘀之法治疗瘀血导致的痴呆及其他瘀血性疾病，仍然受到广大学者的推崇。目前关于抵当汤治疗瘀血阻窍型痴呆的临床研究有了一定的进展，其良好疗效得到肯定，后期更应侧重于基础研究，以期进一步阐明蓄血证理论对治疗瘀血阻窍型痴呆的指导意义。
