〔摘要〕 采取调查及访谈的质性研究方式，以中医本科留学生为研究对象，以学习动机及其影响因素为研究内容进行研究。分析结果表明：中医本科留学生的学习动机包括内部动机和外部动机，学习动机在不同时间段有波动。中医本科留学生的学习动机强弱不仅受个体的需要与目标结构、性格特征、性别与年级、焦虑程度等个体主观因素影响，也与学校及家庭、社会等客观环境因素密切相关。
