〔摘要〕 国医大师刘祖贻认为中风后遗症多与肾虚(尤其是肾阳虚)有关，提出“脑髓阳生阴长”理论，治疗上采用温阳活血法，并以此治法创立验方芪仙通络方，临床效果显著。
