〔摘要〕 本文基于临床干眼疾病的中西医诊断标准，对现阶段干眼动物模型与临床病症的吻合情况进行分析与探究，总结干眼模型造模方法及特点，并与临床相关症状及标准进行对比，提出在评判干眼动物模型时应增加表观指标，并确定统一的评价体系，进一步完善和发展现有干眼动物模型。未来重点应放在制备病-证相结合的动物模型，以便为促进干眼的深层次研究提供理论基础。
