〔摘要〕 介绍王行宽教授应用宁心定悸汤治疗心悸经验。王教授认为心悸之病位在心，与肺、肝、胆关系密切，心之气营亏虚，肝胆失疏或胆虚气怯，痰气内停，或痰气蕴热化火扰动心神或胆腑，均可导致心悸。针对病机，遵从“损其心者，调其营卫”“心病怔忡宜温胆”思想，创制宁心定悸汤以补益气营，化痰清热，疏肝利胆，宁心定悸，临床疗效佳。
