〔摘要〕 颅内肿瘤具有癥积的形态特征及病理过程，其病机为虚滞生积、脏虚邪结、邪气相抟，以补虚行气、化滞攻积为治疗大法。本文通过脑胶质瘤术后复发并脑水肿、肺癌化疗后心包纵隔转移并脑转移2则医案，阐述了选择应用抗癌中药，以病机为核心，根据手术放化疗与否，分期和法论治，并重视对症治疗，着眼提高患者生活质量的临床体会。
