〔摘要〕 万事万物蕴含阴阳。中医视角下的恶性肿瘤，具有“体阴而用阳”的特点，从体质、发病、抗癌药物的使用、放化疗后中醫药辅助治疗以及日常调理等方面，将阴阳思想贯穿于恶性肿瘤诊疗的全过程。文章论述阴阳思想在恶性肿瘤诊治全程中的应用，为恶性肿瘤的临床诊疗提供参考。
