超微谷方益元2号方治疗男性勃起功能障碍肝肾阴虚证的疗效观察(1)
〔摘要〕 目的 观察超微谷方益元2号方治疗男性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 采用随机、对照的研究方法，将211例符合纳入标准的男性勃起功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组(106例)和对照组(105例)，对照组口服知柏地黄丸，治疗组口服超微谷方益元2号方，两组疗程均为3个月。比较两组治疗前后的国际勃起功能指数-5(international index of erectile function-5， IIEF-5)、勃起硬度量表(erectile hardness scale， EHS)及抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale， SDS)评分及治疗效果。结果 两组治疗后IIEF-5、EHS及SDS评分与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且治疗组改善上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后，治疗组总有效率(91.00%)优于对照组(77.00%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超微谷方益元2号方治疗勃起功能障碍临床有效，值得推广应用。

〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the ultra-powder Second Gufang Yiyuan Decoction in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Methods A randomized， controlled clinical trial was adopted and 211 patients with erectile dysfunction accorded with the inclusion criteria were included and divided into a treatment group (106 cases) and a control group (105 cases). The control group received oral administration of Zhibai Dihuang Pills， while the treatment group was given oral administration of ultra-powder Second Gufang Yiyuan Decoction. The whole course last for 3 months. The changes of international index of erectile function-5 (IIEF-5)， erectile hardness scale (EHS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores before and after treatment， as well as the curative effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results The IIEF-5， EHS and SDS scores of the 2 groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement of the above indicators in the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group (91.00%) was better than the control group (77.00%)， and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The ultra-powder Second Gufang Yiyuan Decoction is effective and safe in the clinical treatment of erectile dysfunction， which is worthy of promotion and application.

勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction， ED)是指阴茎持续不能达到或维持充分的勃起以获得满意的性生活，病程超过3个月[1]，是一种常见的、可治疗的医学问题，许多男性受其所困，其中40岁以上男性患病率超过50%[2]。ED是一种同时影响生理与心理的慢性疾病，与患者的生活质量、夫妻关系及家庭社会和谐稳定息息相关，还是许多其他疾病的早期症状和预警信号[3]。西医治疗具有一定的不良反应，或价格昂贵，或效果不佳，且有禁忌症。中医学将ED描述为痿而不举，举而不坚，坚而不久，称其为“阳痿病”。《黄帝内经》记载此病名為“阴痿”“筋痿”，而“阳痿”病名始于《慎斋遗书》，并沿用至今。近年来中医药治疗男科疾病受到越来越多的青睐，临床疗效显著且服用安全，尤其是中药超微饮片等高新技术产品的投入使用，应用中医药治疗者数量逐年增多。本研究采用超微谷方益元2号方治疗ED安全有效，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(黎志清 谷井文 何清湖 陈康清 资小明 陈祥)
