〔摘要〕 目的 编制中医药健康素养量表，并检验其信效度。方法 编制中医药健康素养量表初稿，采取方便抽样的方式在湖南长沙两所高校及其附属医院抽取674人进行调查，分析该量表的信效度。结果 通过探索性因子分析提取4个因子，共包括24个项目，主要拟合指标良好(？字2/df=1.54、RMSEA=0.04、CFI=0.95、IFI=0.95、TLI=0.94、GFI=0.92)，收敛效度和区分效度良好(4个维度的平均方差萃取量分别为0.32、0.44、0.38、0.42，组合信度分别为0.76、0.88、0.70、0.68，4个维度平均方差萃取量的平方根均大于各维度之间的相关系数的绝对值)，总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.87，各维度的Cronbach's α系数在0.63～0.84之间，分半信度为0.77，各维度分半信度为0.66～0.80。结论 中医药健康素养量表具有良好的信度和效度，是一种有效可行的测量工具。
