    [Abstract]Thebamboo and silk medical manuscripts recordawealth of medicineinformation.Various medicinespecimens andpharmaceuticalutensilsunearthedfromearlytombsproviderichdocumentarymaterialsandphysicalartfactsforthe exploratioofChina'searlymedicinehistoryandpharmaceuticalarchaeology.Currntlyacademicresearchonearlymedicine studiesprimarilyfocusesonfiveaspects：thecolationofmedicinesystems，theexaminationandinterpretationofcrypticmedicine nomenclaturethestudyofmedicineapplications，thecomparativestudyofmedicines，andthemedicinespecimenresearch. Althoughfruitfulresultshavebeenachieved，therearestillshortcomingsInthefuture，medicineresearchinhebambooandsilk medicalmanuscriptsshoulddelvedeeperintoarchaeologicalstudiesofmedicinenamesandtheiractualsubstances，researchon themedicineknowledgetransmision，andthemedicinedatamining.Simultaneously，comprehensiveresearchshouldbe strengtheedtoproduceintegratedresearchoutcomes，fullleveragingthecontemporaryaplicationvalueofthebambooandsilk medical manuscripts and related artifacts. ......
