【摘要】 目的探讨特发性间质性肺炎的临床表现及治疗方法。方法对我院58例特发性间质性肺炎患者的临床表现及治疗方法进行分析。结果本组患者治疗后病情明显缓解,治疗后患者的肺活量和动脉氧分压显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗过程中发生不良反应22例,2例在住院期间因呼吸衰竭死亡。结论对特发性间质性肺炎的治疗要尽可能争取明确诊断,区别对待,从而改善患者的症状及预后。
