【摘要】 目的 了解先天性多发性肺囊肿在CT表现上的特征。方法 100例经病理证实的多发性肺囊肿。男64例,女36例,年龄4～60岁,平均年龄32岁。行CT平扫、增强及高分辨扫描,造影剂总量80mL。结果 左肺58例,右肺30例,双肺12例。形态 均为多发环形透光区,均可见含气的、含液的及含气液的囊肿。结论 多发性肺囊肿的CT表现有其特征性,应作为常规检查。
