口腔颌面创伤骨折的临床治疗分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨口腔颌面创伤骨折的临床治疗方法的效果。方法 回顾性分析我院自2006年1月至2009年12月收治的136例颌面创伤骨折患者的临床资料。结果 本组136例患者均I期愈合,其中≤25岁37例患者8周愈合率为100%,25～60岁71例患者8周愈合率为94.4%,≥60岁28例患者8周愈合率为17.9%,≥60岁组与前2组比较差异均显著(P <0.01)。结论 口腔颌面创伤骨折通过正确及时的治疗可以达到临床痊愈,但需要考虑年龄因素,年龄越大则愈合越不理想,时间越长。
