【摘要】 目的 探讨垂体转移瘤的在MR图像上的影像学表现特点。方法 回顾性分析11例垂体转移瘤患者的MR影像表现,其中男2例,女9例;年龄46～82岁,平均年龄66岁。结果 垂体转移瘤在MR图像上表现为垂体内占位,位于垂体后叶和(或)垂体柄,病灶呈浸润生长,于T1WI呈等或稍低信号,于T2WI呈等或略高信号。4例病灶内部发生坏死囊变,至内部信号不均匀。增强扫描时转移灶呈明显强化表现。结论 垂体转移瘤在MR图像上有一定特点,MR检查对垂体转移瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
