呼吸内科抗生素用药分析

【摘要】目的了解我院呼吸内科抗生素的使用情况。方法随机抽取我院2008年5～12月的住院病历450份,对使用抗生素各种情况进行调查,并用检验法进行回顾性的分析。结果该组患者中有367例使用了抗生素,使用品种有32种。用药过程中,一联占46.05%、二联占43.32%、三联占7.63%、四联占3.00%,这些抗生素的使用者中最长用了31d。结论我院呼吸内科抗生素应用比较合理,但是疗程太长,应该有所节制。
