【摘要】目的探讨腹部闭合性损伤的诊断与治疗原则以提高治愈率。方法回顾性分析了我院2000年1月至2007年12月收治的110例腹部闭合性损伤患者的临床资料。结果所有患者治愈104例,死亡6例,非手术治疗8例,剖腹探查102例,术后并发症8例,早期再手术2例。住院10～30d,平均18d,随访2个月～6年均无远期并发症。结论腹部闭合伤常病情复杂,发展快,迅速准确诊断,及时有效、合理的治疗是关键。

    Diagnosis and Treatment Experience of Blunt Abdominal Injuries

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the diagnosis and treatment experience of blunt abdominal injuries for improving cure rate.MethodsRetrospective analysis in Jan 20010 to Dec 2007 was admitted of 110 cases of blunt abdominal trauma in patients with clinical data.Results110 cases of surgical treatment cured 104 cases,6 cases deaths,non-operative measures to cure 8 cases,exploratory laparotomy 102 cases,postoperative complications 8 cases,early reoperation 2 cases;In-patient 10～30d,the average 18d.ConclusionEarly diagnosis and rational treatment are necessary for blunt abdominal injuries.
